I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights recently, and overall, it’s a pretty decent spot. Here’s my breakdown of what I liked, what fell short, and how it could improve.
The Good Stuff
1. Air Conditioning: The AC was flawless and worked perfectly, and the remote was super handy. No issues at all!
2. Entertainment: They gave us an Android TV, which was a cool.

the stay was ok. everytime i visit, staff says to book directly by calling them as they are going to get out of online portals. it has been months and they are saying the same thing.

It was a really good experience to stay in landmark residency,the hotel is clean well maintained and there is no disturbance at all , its really value for money option
even local tran station is at 2 min walking distance and after that u can roam whole mumbai by local train.
allover the hotel is really good.

we really had a very good experience with this hotel.
good ambience, very supportive staff and the last but not the least the spoc person was really good as far his support is concerned.
room was fully ventilated. + neat and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on January 3rd, 2025, in Room 201, and my experience was truly commendable. Upon arrival at the reception, I learned that the hotel was not accepting online bookings due to an ongoing legal issue with their hotel franchise. the place was noisy as there was heavy traffic. first of all the receptionist told that they don't accept guests from booking. then the amenities were not that great. wifi was not working properly so had to use hotspot.

we reached reception & chk in easily
room had enough space to accommodate
bathroom was good with cleanliness
we got electric kettle as soon we demand for it
but only kitchen was not available with them
so i recommend to book without any fooding as other option of restaurants are quite good enough within 2 kms
& also good thing of hotel is that they allow outside food & provide all necessary cutlery.
