the rooms are a bit smaller, it could be cleaned. the tv was not working. we had to request for basic toiletries such as tissue paper and towels. the room cleaning service was super slow. they did not adjust it to customers time and hence, they did not clean our room.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I made a booking in this hotel for a purpose. but I was put up in altogether a different hotel in the name of upgrading. who wants it? There was not even one restaurant near by. very much disappointed.
