The premium room which i have booked but they gave different room. Average hygienic condition. Room service also an average. Need to call multiple times to reception for water bottle. Overall average experience.

Location of Hotel is good, as it is close to many important places , Taps etc can be maintained in a better manner , not too good for family stay but ok for single stay.

very poor hygiene, too much of road noise, events noise, thrash thrown everywhere, room full of dust, tv only youtube, no inhouse food, unncourteous staff especially reception, do not care about guests

Good hotel to stay near park circus area . Better experience, the ambience is great and also the food is also good in taste , we ordered Manchurian and paneer along with rice and dal makhani the combination was perfect with salad .The location is also very prime . Excellent service with the price offered.

My one-night stay was one of the most terrible and worst experiences I've ever had. I reserved a premium suit on Oct-2024. And, since the beginning, the receptionists, particularly the host, have been disrespectful. Despite the fact that I had booked a premium suite, they oddly assigned me a deluxe category room.
