The room was very clean, with modern furniture and good lighting. The location of the property is central but not noisy. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and the staff ensured we had rooms on the ground floor as requested. They even helped with carrying luggage and offering extra pillows without hesitation. The bathroom was neat, with a Western toilet, good quality toiletries, and hot water availability round the clock. It's rare to find this level of service in a budget hotel.

This property felt like a home away from home. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine warmth. The check-in was swift and seamless. The room was spacious, had spotless white sheets, a comfortable mattress, and a well-lit work desk which made working from the hotel convenient. The bathroom was immaculately clean with running hot water and a fresh set of towels. The staff was always courteous and quick to respond to requests. I even got recommendations for nearby local eateries from the front desk, which added to the experience.
