The staff of many was very bad, my name and ID proof was shared with someone else, there is no privacy policy, it is not a safe hotel, it is very risky to take a room in this hotel

Hotel charged me excess charges against what was shown while booking, Support team assured me to refund the excess amount on presenting tax invoice which is also false and nothing have been refunded me back even against tax invoice. Not recommended for others.

Wonderful Experience at Sapphire inn hotel nice quite clean Room's, good clean washroom and helpful staff stay was good. food was good test the premises is Mansarovar near By Metro station We stayed here for a night enjoyed our stay.thanks
