Firstly the name of the Hotel is NOT Fab Hotel Shanit instead the name is IP Hotel so your cab driver may not Even find it
Secondly often there’s NO Hot water running from the faucet- one has to keep it running and sometimes for very long time
Thirdly the walls are really porous to sounds from the adjacent rooms and corridor and unless one is not enthused by the sounds emanating from someone else’s private and intimate moments and need a quiet nights sleep then perhaps you could give this hote ...more

you will not find this hotel on map, hotel name is different, third class staff, very rude behavior, they don't have restaurant, don't book this hotel
