The hotel experience was extremely disappointing. The place was noisy, lacked cleanliness, and even the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They downgraded my room, claiming it had already been given to someone else. This is essentially a function hall being run as a hotel. It’s dangerous and non-compliant, with no proper fire safety systems in place. I had also booked breakfast, which was never served. During checkout, the staff behaved extremely rudely. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
