hot water wasn't working, except that everything was ok. it was written in their hotel policy that they'll provide free check-out till 1 pm. we asked only to extend it to 12pm. They were very rude and ordered us to leave within 15 minutes (after 11.15 am) otherwise they'll charge 1000₹. they also said that do whatever you like, call customer care, they don't give a damn. just leave their hotel, if not paying extra.

the manager was very unmannered, most of the rooms has some problem, like fan not working, t. v not working, bath tab was not working, washbasin tab was not working, some rooms had very bad smell etc.
manager has denied to give dinner.

there was no cleanliness in the room. staff was not supportive for housekeeping activity. linen was also dirty.

I’m experiencing very bad on 1st time
No room cleanliness
Staff behaviour very rude
No towels/hanwash/soap etc provided
Even i paid water bottle price
No breakfast provided in morning
I recommended to everyone to don’t prefer this hotel
It’s very cheap and worthless
