The stay was very nice.
The staff was polite and cordial for the request made by me and was on time redressal was there.
Will recommend to others if they want to stay.
Near to metro so an additional benefit.
The restaurant is just below the stay so food is not an issue.

My stay here was excellent , good and clean room, excellent service, very cordial and soft spoken staff.
Tajuddin and Appuddin were the ones who took good care of me.

Hotel saying that they are not seeing any booking ID in their system.
They are not allowing us to the hotel and in this night time we need search another hotel now.
Also my money was deducted please refund

no room service and staff behavior is terrible. there’s only one person at the reception and one helper, and both are rude.
the breakfast is too little for one person. they give you a voucher to choose just one item from their restaurant.
staying at royal stay was a very bad experience.

the hotel has no fab hotel branding it was royal stay hotel what if some one asks payment was made to a booking in fab hotel and stay was in a differently named hotel
