the hotel is supremely unhygienic, tap is leaking, toilet seat is broken, bed is dirty and the staff is rude and don't care there is no refund policy, horrible experience

As informed and talk to ur executive regarding today's stay, it is horrible experience for me. Even common lodge has better facilities, hi gene and hospitality.fab hotel chain which is not even qualified for single star rating but it is displayed as a 3 star hotel category.Trust me in the name of budget hotel they are just selling the rooms per night not providing hospitality Services like other budget hotel.pathetic and unhygienic it is to be spent night. It is just nightmare.
