This was absolutely pathetic experience, they are ruining the name of fab hotel . All the walls are chipping off. Bathroom mirror was faded. They have served food in a disgusting tray. There was no lights in the corridor. The lock of the doors were jammed. Staff was ill mannered. Don't buy breakfast as they are giving basi bread with raw cabbage. The commode flush was not working. the room was not with good conditions. the bathroom was not proper. toilet shower was not there. no mug for bathing was provided. wifi was not there. proper ro water was not provided. i asked for a deluxe room with a double bed. double bed was not there, instead there were 2 single beds joined together which drifted away while sleeping creating an empty space in between. the room was not cleaned properly. paan spits were there on the walls. we asked for a room change but the officer there told t ...more

absolutely the worst experience ever showed something else nd provided with something else. if u book they will provide u with the absolute worst room ever where nothing works like seriously literally nothing, no TV, no ac, no telephone to complain or order, only 1 light work and no regulator for fan also. absolutely dirty room with hairs on bed and cigarette ashes everywhere but better rooms were provide to those who booked offline with high prices. when called personally for the complain they ...more

The property has a superb location, but the hospitality is pathetic. The person sitting on the reception seemed like he will kill you. The room was not even close to what was shown in the pictures on the website. Two single beds were joined which was so uncomfortable to sleep on.

In terms of amenities, the fridge is their geyser is there, which do not work sometimes, tv is there, which is usually not working until you force the executives to start it anyhow. The housekeeping is only done if you forcedly request for it, otherwise no. The charge is too high; even for a water bottle of 20 would cost you 42 rs. And the price of booking the super deluxe room is not worth it with the facilities. The staff is supportive, however, that does not help the rating. Instead, you could have booked an Oyo with a price very less than this and have got similar facilities. Thank you!
