elevator is not working and my elder in laws have to walk three floors. and it not working from past 3 months it seems. then heads up must be given before booking or atleast afterwards

good morning
can you please help rectify the following
1. fan not working in one bedroom
2. flush not working in one bathroom
3. lift not working - we had to come to 4th floor by steps two times
4. shower pipe of toilet near flush tank not working
5. electric hot plate not working

the bed sheets are very old and not clean.there is lot of scope to improve.
