overall good, ac not in condition. staff are well behaved, cleanliness not bad upto mark, breakfast is good can change the serving vessels as they're very old.

I would say they provide room based on the booking. I booked it 3-4 weeks back so got a room at a cheap price. Initially provided room was pathetic. we asked for another room and were ready to upgrade the room also but the one sitting there at reception refused to say there is no suit room available. when I searched rooms I could see rooms were there. so they changed our room to another one but the water was earthing. we should hold some nonconducting material to turn on and off the tap. pathetic.
