the complimentary water bottles are unavailable, neither the routine items such as bathing soap, toothpaste toothbrush. the telephone doesn't works,
the good part is that the AC and TV are working fine, but the amenities shown are 90% unavailable.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable
The hotel offered excellent service and hospitality
