very bad reasons
1. hotel can not be located on hail taxi apps like ola, Why?
2. No Telephone in Room and no room service
3. Linen dirty bath room dirty and heater is so small hot water is only 2 mugs and have to wait another 10 min for another 2 mugs How to bathe?
4. No drinking water after day one Reception says customer has to buy but from where?
5. allotted 407 which has all broken table no curtains charged to 405 which is not well maintained
