Pathetic hotel Small rooms I booked twin bed room but they given me normal single bed rood I had to book another room. Tea quality is just horrible. Food also isnt upto mark Cozy place and no major sign board or look from main road I booked for 2 night but left in 1 night and shifted to better hotel. It was horrible and wont suggest to anyone

The observations are as follows:- 1. The team is very cooperating and professional 2. The cleanliness is excellent 3. The rooms are good 4. Suggest to reduce the portion of food to avoid food wastage and accordingly adjust the price.

The stay was good, peaceful and serene. Thanks to the front desk for allowing early check in. Very neat and clean room. Breakfast Buffet layout needs to be improved and service at breakfast table as well.

Positives Staff was really good ! Very well mannered and helpful. Gave a warm welcome and always greeted us with a smile.Negatives Room AC is horrible and didn't work at all The washbasin in the washroom had draining issues We had to call room service for water all the time, no adequate water was available at all times Parking lot can be well maintained and better lit ! Nothing was visible at night
