Overall experience was 10/10- Stay was fabulous- Service was always on time and up to the mark- ⁠Staff was cooperative and humble.- Food was delicious- ⁠Balcony in cafe gives you a chance to sit, enjoy the tea post breakfast or drinks in the evening.- ⁠Would love to visit again.

Very bad policies of hotel and hotel staff are keep on disturbing while we have shared the issue as well. taking the booking of 3 person and later on they are saying that booking was only for 2 person and guest has to pay the additional charges for the third person...while doing the booking when you have accepted the booking of 3 person in one room then amount of the same should be reflected with immediate effect,. totally not satisfied

Pathetic! Generally i never leave such reviews but extra hidden charges, despite booking for 3, I was charged extra for 3rd pax. On the same trip was never charged from other 4 or 5 star and even in the past as well. Not Recommended at all, small rooms compared to overall amount paid.
