The initial room offered was not well swept and i had a small injury in my right foot. The air conditioner too was not that effective. I made a strong request for change of room and a fairly nice room was alloted. The staff was co-operative and sprung into action to accomodate my requirements. Breakfast was very average and the cook was unfortunately on leave.

Room was not clean, linen was dirty and smelling bad, no hot water, staff were attentive but i would not book this room again, ever... A different Falcons Nest I stayed before was nice, but this one is horrible... zero maintenance to the building... Horrible Experience...

Google location is wrong to this particular hotel. After support from ** we tried reaching the correct address but they don't have any name board on the property. We were denied check in as they had some ac problem n provided us rooms in another property which we were not satisfied..........

Room is very spacious and good, only breakfast is not good. All the ammeniti are outstanding, staff is also very good.

very pleasant and peaceful place. greenery soothes your eyes if you have a look into window. what is important is that this guest house is not resided on the main road yet just a few steps from the main road...far from din and bustle. nice experience.

They redirected me to another location of their hotel. I had to book my own cab to other location after reaching original location. And they didn't inform me even before making any changes to location.
