The room had full of dead ants spread across floor, bed, sofa, table, bathroom
Buffet breakfast was worst we stayed for 3 days and we had breakfast outside all the days

I am happy and sad writing this review. Fenicia riverside resort can be considered as Titanic - A sinking masterpiece... The resort which once (in Mayfair ownership) build with classy details it seems has been totally neglected after ownership changed hands. All rooms mostly all are having seepage and cracked wooden flooring.

The cleanliness of hotel was just too bad. The hotel rooms were all stinking and the AC of my room wasn't working and there was no intercom in the room so I had to myself go to the reception where I waited for an hour and there after argument got my room changed but the next room was much worse than this. The room was all stinking with spider webs and the wooden flooring was all taken off with big stains on it. No toiletries were provided even after requesting.
And they are still using Mayfair logos at most of places, whereas it's no more a Mayfair property

location in south goa,in the midst of greenery. far away from major city.
close to the beaches in south goa, north goa is like 80km from here .
food is good. rooms are lil small. restroom n change area is big compared to room.

Hotel rooms were good. But washrooms were giving bad smells after use. That ruined our stay experience. They don’t have exhaust fans at rooms. When we asked hotel to do something, they sent someone with room freshner 3 hours later. I ordered tea twice which came 1 hour later so service was very slow.

Mold and fungus infested property. badly in need of renovation. they gave us worst room 211 and then i told to shift. horrible experience.

Its was good. Good location not crowded. Peaceful.
Food was excellent though rates were high.
Water was expensive.
