    I booked room 18 dec for 2 days stay 29th and 30 dec. when I was traveling and the day before I got a random call that hotels are cancelled due to some govt program.Since I was traveling, I reached the 29 dec hotel they said your name is not in our list after some discussion happened They gave me a room. It was a very bad experience by the hotel.Room is average as per charge.

    worst hotel.... never book this based on photosactual room size is too small only 90 sq ft and mention 236 sq ftthey are not provide RO water, instead of that fill municipal Corporation water in bottle. hide the system where they fill water. it's better to book a lodge in 800 rs which is far better than spend 2000+ rs here. toilet seat moving, shower cap missing. No hot water supply. these people lie and make frauds with customer. don't have washed badsheet. blanket not providing. they only prov ...more

    Not clean. For non-ac rooms, they gave us AC rooms with ac switched off, so suffocating. Room and bathroom very small, no towels provided.

    Only good thing is that the property is close to key tourist locations at Kanyakumari. No parking available. They ask us to park vehicles on street next to the property. Very very congested rooms, they did not even give blankets or bedsheets to put on your self. we were promised a 288 Sq Ft room but the room was not even 150 Sq Ft including the bathroom. Out of 2 plug points one was not working. They don't even have a basic common sense that they need to put a mirror near wash basin. Hot water w ...more

    Rooms and washrooms were clean. Got a sunrise view room. Yes, that's it. Nothing else good apart from this. 1. The person at the reception behaves like a hostel warden. He isn't friendly or welcoming at all. Acts like he is doing a favour to us by letting us stay. 2. There was no hot water at all. When asked he gives stupid reasons. 3. No wifi range in rooms. Available only in reception. 4. Rooms are tiny. Really tiny.
