The service was very poor, and the cleanliness was lacking. Despite having made a payment and having a confirmed reservation, they gave our room to someone else because we arrived late. The location and view were acceptable, though.
After a lengthy conversation, they eventually arranged the same room for us.

the rooms are premium quality
and please check the wether condition before coming kanthaloor
raining time is most beautiful to stay this hotel
i recommend that please come the small raining time
