Hi, stayed at Five elements - gold leaf during my usual business trip. the property was clean and new. the food is good too although very expensive. Rooms are not very spacious and the services at reception was very average. they charged us a lot for lost room key(card) although we requested them to charge us within logical frame work but they were too adamant and rude. all in all very poor services and behaviour by reception personnel.

when I came to haldwani i preferred to stay at this property but this time I was surprised to see some things.
The service table in the room was broken from the corner .there was seepage in the room.there were insects in the electric kettle.
that's why I give 3 Star.
otherwise the rooms are good .
The washroom is neat and clean.
location is Good.
good for business and family travelers.

Stay at Five elements hotel is amazing.
Staff of the hotel are polite and helpful. Helpdesk always ready to help. My family enjoy their stay at Five elements hotel. I definitely stay again in Five elements in my next visit in Haldwani. Thanks
