Very nice place to stay if you are in group. Suitable for family stay. Food on order was available, kitchen was also there but Gas stove was not working. Fridge was available in working conditions. Rooms were also equipped with required amenities. It is located behind main market in Matheran at 10 mins distance, you have to little steep road. We enjoyed the trip because of our friends, however we do not enjoyed the remaining stay. Bathroom is clean but without amenities.
Overall experience is not upto the mark, we have promised to provide bonfire in the package, but when it comes to arrange bonfire they started asking for money. Also, we are not getting hot water, lights are also not in the room, no soap, towels, no proper amenities. Ac remotes are not properly functioning. We also have faced the shortage of drinking water.
