The overall experience is good. Well connected with CSMT and Churchgate Railway station. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff's behaviour is also good.

Rooms were clean and also well maintained but landline were not provided that was the bad thing for every order or any problems we have to go to the reception So you have to work on it

Rooms are very small,after bed no proper place to utilize..Staff behaviour is good and location is best to cover south mumbai tourist places.

I have stayed many times in this Hotel and every time, I experienced my stay was peaceful n happy as is located near my workplace with reasonable rate. Rooms are clean with AC, TV working fine.

The rooms are very small, and the blanket has a damage, overall maintained rooms but notfor the price we paid almost 3k for a day that was too expensive
The staffs are very supportive and helpful .
Amenities like bath kits were there nothing else not even a water bottle i asked for it they gave 2 small bottles for 3days and charge 25rs for extra bottle that was too high.
