The room like a typical 1BHK home. Very spacious and nice. But room facilities was not good. Fan didn't work, geyser was there but hot water wasn't coming. And there was no action taken despite telling for so many times. Even the room didn't have a telephone to call the reception had to go down every time. I found alot of bugs and small insects on and near the bed i slept which is very bad. If they improve their service it is the best hotel. Location wise its very far from main attractions but it is located on the highway.

i recently had the opportunity to stay at fortune avenue in mattanur, and while it may not be the closest option to the airport, it's still a decent place to find in town. the hotel's location is relatively convenient, with easy access to local amenities and attractions.
while fortune avenue may not offer any frills or exceptional amenities, it provides a comfortable and clean place to stay. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and they do their best to ensure a pleasant stay.

BHK rooms are spacious. Initial room allotted had issue with main door lock (unable to lock from outside with key). Alternate room opposite to first one was having air conditioning that was not working. The staff is nice and courteous though.
