my overall stay at the hotel was excellent — clean rooms, great service, and a comfortable environment. however, i was quite disappointed that i was charged nearly 50% of a full day’s rate just for checking in 3 hours early. it felt a bit excessive, considering the short duration. i hope the hotel can review its early check-in policy for better guest satisfaction in the future.
