the rooms were much smaller than shown in the pictures. basic amenities like toiletries and towels were not provided. there was continuous water leakage in the washroom. the washroom fittings (flush and taps) were not working, and there was a persistent bad smell in the room coming from the washroom area. overall, it was an uncomfortable experience. you can easily find much better hotels at the same price range in the area

the hotel stay was good. the rooms are newly furnished. the only reason that made me reduce point is the ac. it wasn't cooling well in this sweltering heat.

Stay was very pleasant ....hotel staffs were very polite and replied to our concerns asap....food was really nice ....altogether a very good experience....looking forward to stay again if I visit delhi or noida

Location and cleanliness are excellent. Staff behaviour are very good and they are very prompt in their service. The front desk person 'Amar' is very polite and cooperative. Only the food is a bit costly. Otherwise, my experience is very nice.
