IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY AT YOUR ITC HOTEL AT OOTY. NICE WELCOME ON ARRIVAL WITH FRESH TEA, BEAUTIFUL LOBBY. AND OTHER SECTIONS OF HOTEL. BOTH BUFFET BREAKFAST AND DINNER SPREAD WAS GREAT N TASTY. BONFIRE AT NIGHT WAS ADDITIONAL ATTRACTION. OVERALL SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE WITH WONDERFUL STAFF. MY SPECIAL THANKS TO MS. FELCIA WHO TOOK SPECIAL CARE OF US AND EVEN UPGRADED. THANKS..

Excellent stay at this hotel as the hostess, servers and all staff are good. We have taken half board plan and food is good. Keep it up guys. Five stars from my side. Services are top notch.

the stay was amazing with awesome dinner & breakfast really enjoyed every moment ,well mannered staff especially in the front office there was a slight disappointment as after handing over the key at the reception, i had to wait for 45 minutes to clear my bills

It was a small and cozy property. Very good staff who were kind and courteous always. Always ready to help. John, ILan Govan & Asif were very welcoming at desk and security staff were class in their own way. Hospitality was very nice and at Restaurant, Manager Mr. Narayanan, Head Chief Mr. Anandan and Chief Mr. Raja were at rendered excellent service to us. Thanks for the excellent services.

stay at sullivan court was a real relaxation. hassle free and just what you expect from a resort. service, food and hospitality was all 10 on 10. i highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to ooty.

hotel overall experience was good but dinner was not good at all, non veg was not cooked properly and veg items are very less dinner buffet is worst and charging some 1200+taxes
