    It was a great overall experience. The room was upgraded on checking in. Service was great. Cab service provided by Mr. Basha was extremely good and helpful for our travel. The interaction with all the staff was joyful and nice. Will definitely visit again. Food, service, amenities

    Food is good, especially the buffet breakfast. Stay is comfortable. Staff is very helpful, especially for considering early check in and check out.

    The stay was good but receiving and greetings could have been better, it will be nice if everyone is treated equally whether they come and get down in car nor auto hospitality matters. Always don’t judge a book by its cover. If people come and get down in car they are greeted well but people who come and get down in auto or some other vehicle rather than car they are judged so I guess that quality of hospitality can be much better and can be enhanced Rather that this all other service, house keeping, amenities, ambience, location of the hotel and stay was awesome

    I stayed there for one night and the overall stay was pleasant. The food options in buffet is a good. Just had a small hiccup in the room as the floors were swollen due to water seepage. If that can be ignored rest its a good family stay option with cab facility to Tirumala as well.
