I accidentally left my smart watch in the room.
I called the staff to check if they have found it in the lost and found.
Staff didn't even bother to know that the missing item was and just said if there is anything found I will get a call.
I asked her to check it immediately and give me a call back.
She didn't call me back and I have not received any response from the hotel regarding my lost item.
It simply indicates that the housekeeping who cleaned and the hotel staff didn't even bother.
Pathetic experience. I need my REFUND

Had a terrible stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The AC's weren't cooling at all. I got my room changed and the same issue persisted in the other room as well. I had to ask for a portable fan. The staff at the reception were courteous. I am not sure where the lag was either my request for amenities such as towel and water wasn't conveyed to the housekeeping staff or if it was conveyed the housekeeping staff didn't bother to cater to it. Such a terrible experience. Marriotts' standard has started to down grade now. Not recommended.

Overall a very nice and luxurious experience. I was looking at a leisure and relaxing trip with my family. Purpose was fully achieved.
Rooms were very nice and well maintained. We had taken room plus kitchen and living room. Since upgraded room was available, staff by themselves gave us an upgraded room. The staff was extremely prompt, courteous and well behaved. Room service was also very good (contrary to the negative reviews i had read earlier), infact it was more prompt that many other good hotels that i have stayed.
Food taste was superb! Very nice spread of breakfast!

the hotel is good but the rooms are old. we had booked the suite room with a bathtub as a mentioned special amenitiy, but unfortunately the bathtub was not functional and the drainage mechanism to drain out the water was not functional. buffer dinner on nye night was amazing but the buffer breakfast was equally disappointing as the food quality and options were average. service is good and prompt, but for the kind of room rental and star rating that the hotel has, expectations are much higher..
