My recent was, unfortunately, a letdown. From the moment I arrived, the experience was marred by several issues. The room itself was a major disappointment. It was not properly cleaned—there were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and a lingering musty odor. The bathroom had mildew in the corners, and the towels provided were frayed and thin. The overall hotel experience was very good. The room was good, the staff very polite and helpful. Food quality was great with vide spread of items available as per your choice.

Pathetic stay started from poor services like phone was faulty. Room view was not appreciable. Reception people asked to gi and collect the complementary things from restaurant. I was not satisfied at all with the hotel amenities calling phone was dead. Person came to repair again phone got dead. Reception people asked to collect mini bar things from restaurant.

While booking, u see alot of facilities available BUT , NOTHING IS FREE Spa cost 3000..individual charges paid by us Swimming pool open for very short hours(in day, when all guest have work/tour, rarely anyone could enjoy, NO CHANGING ROOM in pool area) Basic 5₹ lays, in my room fridge, when consumed, was charged 55₹ (room fridge, basic FOOD is FREE in other hotels) Breakfast not available at 7.30 AM what about early meetings guest?? I specified, about 3 guest in 1 room& paid money ONLINE then when checking out, they charged 1700₹ EXTRA per day for 3rd person.. WASTE OF MONEY
