Breakfast was not so good , charges when asking during the time of booking was 2 adult and 1 child still extra charges was taken for the child stating that it is mentioned in our policy. So any body booking this hotel with child should read the policy.

Title: An Absolute Train Wreck — Avoid This “5-Star” Scam

I’m not even sure how this place legally calls itself a 5-star hotel. Honestly, I’ve had better experiences in bus station restrooms. This wasn’t just disappointing — it was infuriating.

The worst hotel, was being charged extra for my child but on the app it was not mentioned. Hidden charges are not acceptable at all. No feeling of a 5 star hotel. The coffee machine is not working, and no one is ready to resolve it.
