Good and pleasant stay, friendly staff.
spacious rooms.
Restaurant food is good and good service too.
Proper maintenance is required here and there, window curtains are noisy, water from the shower area leaks into the WC section., Airconditioner in the room keeps going on and off at night and resets on its own and time and again keeps displaying error message on the display.

our stay at four seasons hotel bengaluru was exceptional! the spacious, luxurious rooms and overall luxe ambiance were truly indulgent. we enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a premium room, excellent staff service, a beautiful pool, and a refreshing, fragrant atmosphere. highly recommended!

not great like other similar hotels. staff does not listen to instructions carefully, forgot few food items for in-room dining, incorrect order sent. housekeeping staff has no patience - keep ringing bell within 2 seconds or call even if customer is busy. housekeeping staff showed some hesitation in refilling few refreshments. delay in servicing once and had to send reminder.

🌟🌟HORRIBLE🌟🌟 Stay away from this property ! Had a nightmare staying at the hotel, had to ask towels/milk and other basic ammenities from the housekeeping department all the time . When countered a young lady was sent to apologize. Booked a full time cab to go to an event , the driver desserted me and vanished. The carpets are so bad that my asthma triggered and i went to Ramaiya Hospital thrice to get myself treated ! Poorest hospitality standards - Avoid !

We had a very pleasant stay! The room was very clean and the view from the room was amazing. The pool area, dining area, spa, gym everything was exceptional! Overall a very great experience!
