Overall my experience was ok/bad. The hotel is always packed with corporate events and has little to no room for staying guests to enjoy the amenities. My check in time was 3 pm however we had to wait 1 hour for the first room and 1 and half hours for the second, this was compensated by extra time beyond 12 pm checkout but had no use for me as I had other plans. Had a great stay at Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai. Special mention to Ms. Sanika for her warm welcoming. They actually upgraded our room and that made our day. All staff were courteous and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting mumbai.
