I had worst experience. unresponsive staff. Half of their stuff is not functional, shower not working, tv not working, wifi not working. No room service.
I went with my mother for 2 days we placed an order for tea, and we were okay to even pay, even when breakfast was inclusive, but still after placing order 5 times we were not served tea.
So worst experience, Not worth the money. The hotel is not same as shown in pictures.
I will advise not to book this hotel.

Definately not a 4 star hotel. they are not providing any 4 star amenities. feels like a those shaddy hotels. room was spacious but interiors and lightings were so boring and dull. food was ok ok and services need to worked upon. over priced property.

Hotel is not upto the marks of a 4 star property. No sleepers provided, no toothpaste provided. No Hairdryer provided. Washroom is not functioning well. Gyser was not working later fixed by technician.
There is low lighting in room even if you switch all lights on. Overall it was a typical 3 star hotel experience.
The food is good but prices are on higher side and quantity on lower side. Overall not worth it.

Hotel service was pathetic and not upto the marks of a 4 star property. There were proper electricity cuts for 20-30 mins for multiple times.
No sleepers provided, no toothpaste provided. No Hairdryer provided. Washroom is not functioning well. Bathroom gyser was not working, technician came & fixed it after multiple complaints.
There is low lighting in room even if you switch all lights on. Overall it was a typical 3 star hotel experience.
The food is good but prices are on higher side and quantity on lower side. Overall not worth it.
