I have been a loyal client visiting this hotel for the last 12 years...however there has been a change in management, lots of service issues, staff ill mannered and impolite, bathroom smells of drainage sewer, room service hygiene and cleanliness issue, this place requires an able manager to overlook operations...I enquired about him at my checkout and he wasn't there at the property...at the moment the current management is ruining the reputation garnered by Express inn the last so many years ...I will be visiting again in couple of weeks ..let's see howmuch the feedback is applied to

Too many mosquitos in room. When asked for repellent machine they gave a incense stick. Apart from that service was good, room was good. Food was excellent.
