Nice hospitality by the owner, upgraded us to spacious deluxe room & provided complimentary tea during our 2 days stay.
Property is very clean although they are expanding/construction by adding new rooms, but no nuisance to the Travellers.
Great value for the money.

The owner of the hotel was not professional, we booked two rooms 3 months prior the visit and when we reached, the owner just spoke like he don't even know whether there is a booking or not, however he managed to give us two rooms in a different hotel named ' The Sunrise'.....

Dear friends,
When we reached port blair on 26.04.2017 at the Hotel Galaxy hotel, we were informed that rooms were not available and that we have to stay at the nearby hotel Sunrise. The rooms in hotel sunrise were very stinky. We were very depressed. But only good thing was the food which was tasty enough to suppress all our anger. But I will never recommend anyone to stay at Hotel Galaxy or Hotel Sunrise if you are travelling with family.
