staff behaviour is not good.
No intercom facility even mobile numbers is not working.
wifi only works on ground floor.
toilet flush in my room is not working.
rates are too much with this facility.

Room was good. Near to Sarnath. Bathroom needs to be a little more clean. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Booked hotel in morning n payment also done but when we reached hotel then hotel parson asked your booking is canceled due to more booking n price is high now ... after thag we wait for one hour n argument .... then we got room in same hotel ... very bad expirence in this hotel ...

There were a lot of mosquitoes, and thermostat of Air Conditioner was not working. Hence the temperature was by default set to 24-25 degrees, and we were not able to change it.
On switching off the AC, mosquitoes started troubling us.
Hotel is situated towards the outer of city on main highway. Noise of heavy vehicles passing by, and full volume songs being played in trucks were disturbing whole night.
