The service and rooms were good but the location is at a distance from kashi vishwanath temple and main market of banaras

The food was good, as we did an early check-in we had to ask them to get the room cleaned as it wasn't.
the toiletries and water had to be asked while this is already be in place in room.
room service is slow and work they do is decent.
the only major flaw with this place is the location, it's too interiors and as we were a women's group it was scary to even think of going out to the main road which restricted out travel time and getting a transportation was difficult.
but all in all a decent experience
