I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Mathura and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The place was filthy—dead flies and mosquitoes on the floor, dirty bedding, and an unclean washroom full of mosquitoes. The entire hotel was a mess due to ongoing construction. The staff was unhelpful, and none of the basic facilities worked. The TV was non-functional, and the lift wasn’t working, so we had to climb to the second floor every time. Overall, a horrible stay—avoid this place at all costs!

The room was specious but old furniture. Intercom not working. No water bottle. No toilet paper. bathroom accessories are also dirty and old. Renovation work going on so dirt spread here and there.

room quality is extremely poor waste of money. The washroom and toilets are even more pathetic. your charging but not giving service even half of the price that you are charging however the working staff is polite. now going for morning breakfast, I have no hope . water jug, almirah. no one can use that.

AC was not operational , hotel staff didn't provided me ac remote. Only fan was running. Wash room was not cleaned . Delay in room Services. Unprofessional attitude.
