Service is good. Amenities are average. Bathroom door lock removed/repaired. There is no exhaust window/fan to bathroom. Air condition is very small according to room size.

first of all the washroom was too smelly. service was worst I ever experienced till now. tv doesn't work. wifi doesn't work. and staff doesn't care about any of the complaints or demand which are written on page.. in double bed they gave only one blanket and when asked they gave the second one in night. nobody cares for their guest.only food is good but also bit expensive.staff in behavior is good as they will say that the problem will be solved in day at 1 p.m. and after calling at reception an ...more

pathetic staff and receptionist. poor services offered by unprofessional. they charged me forcefully for breakfast inspite of me choosing the breakfast plan, as their computer box was not showing any information to them inspite of me showing them the receipt of breakfast plan included in my stay.

Hotel is good for stay which located at a prime location of the city ..Staffs are well behaved and helpful... Electric kettle for each room is provided. Food of the restaurant was good though a bit highly rated.. And even after check out ,they allowed me to stay in the lobby and hall for 9 hours... Overall a very good experience and hope to stay there in my next visit to gaya
