Very bad. They gave a smoking room to us. They have no concept of smoking and no smoking. Water was not flowing seamlessly in the wash basin. Toiletries not provided as per guests count. Rooms were very small to accommodate the number of guests.

Dont have a plug point to charging mobile in room one plug point they provide but its not working

It's nice staying in Hotel Gazala. The service was excellent. All the staffs, especially Staffs in reception were very attentive, kind and well responsive. Always tried their best to help us of our need. AC chillness is ok but could have been a little more better. That's the reason for 4 star instead of 5 star.
