Extremely disappointing experience.
Despite checking in at 4 PM, we were made to wait for 45 minutes with no proper explanation. To make things worse, the AC was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortable. The washroom fittings were faulty, with taps leaking and hot water not available when needed. For the price charged, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Basic amenities should be non-negotiable. I do not recommend this hotel unless they seriously upgrade their maintenance and guest management.

the hotel Geo is a wonderful budget friendly hotel for a family. it has a superb malabar restaurant, good staff.

Good hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. Stay was comfortable. The room was clean. Everything is perfect in this hotel.

It was good, but it could bitter as per taking a room price, but hotel entry gate is very dangerous because of vechile moment ,we have waited sometime half and hour,s to cross the road.
It was good breakfast and reception was also well behaved, but it could be more bitter if they are taking room prices.

The building and room is old (refurbished). Good for short visit and single stay, housekeeping excellent. Staff is very polite. Breakfast awesome. specious bathroom / Toilet. Quick Check in and out. Reception response and service is very good.Location is near to CMS Jain and Cubon park.
