They took too much time at check in then they didnt provide soap and liquid handwash.

worst position, No one is there to care you. Rooms are full of spiders. TV and AC are there but not working. Even they are not changing the bed sheets. After several complains staff told that talk to GOIBGO. Hotel is not responsible. Perhaps they are not cleaning the rooms month after month.

staff behavior was v.rude... at the arrival itself thy said that "you will have to vacate the room next day morning due to curfew" though our booking was for 2 days... 1st day thy dnt provide breakfast saying thr hotel was closed even though booking included breakfast... as thy had asked to vacate next morning... I booked another hotel for next day... wn I asked to refund for 2 day as we had already paid for 2nd days, thy refused and, allowed us to stay for 2nd day as thy wr not ready to refun ...more
