We were a group of 15 members who traveled to Goa & decided to stay at Ginger Candolim. Though hotels checkin time is at 2:00pm I requested Ms Naomi (manager) to provide early checkin at around 9:00am, since we had an early morning flight. She was kind enough to accommodate the same and ensured front desk allotted it on time. In addition we requested for late checkout where in hotel policy is 12:00pm. Have stayed in ginger in different cities for years and was always impressed by their service. Hence convinced 9 of my friends that let's stay in ginger in Goa, that's 9 rooms for 4 days. To start the with the bedsheet and pillow cases were stained and weren't changed for 4 days after repeated requests. no refill of tea, coffee or basic toiletries. Repeated requests for slippers and iron but all fell to deaf ears. I could go on, but what's the point. To conclude, never checking in here again.

Food and drink are very expensive. A tip order from Swiggy or Zomato. It is 9.15 pm today and they are singing a live song. Unable to sleep. Where else am I supposed to go if brands of Tatas are going to do this? PS: I am staying on the 2nd floor still music is loud and clear. room 235.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, and everything was well organized. A special mention to Malvia at reception, who was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my stay. From a smooth check-in to assisting with queries and local information, she was always approachable and professional.
