The room was quite small, and a bad smell was a constant concern. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and offered very limited options. Compared to the service, it felt a bit expensive to me.

"i'm extremely disappointed with the service. i booked an advance room with a king-size bed, but was provided with a twin-bed room instead. the breakfast was subpar - i ordered idlis, but they were served only with sambar, no ****ney. the idlis also tasted very bad. the tea was not hot, it was just warm water. i hope you can look into these issues and improve your service."
