stay was great ms vijayalaxmi.. , is very helpfull at the front desk and also mr bhavik was also guided is very well the lux category room provided us was very nice and cozy ... great experience overall.......

Check in took lot of time.Food was good. Bathroom Floor was slippery and should be improved. Staff at reception should learn hospitality. Process of check in should be fast .

We had booked 3 rooms well in advance but we found check in process very much troublesome and irritating. We submitted all hard copies of id proofs of 3 out of 6 family members and soft copies of remaining 3 members. They provided us temporary single room around 12.30 pm.Then when we were back from sightseeing in the evening around 9.30 pm ,we were again asked to produce id proofs of few members in which 3 members were senior citizens who were already tired due to hectic journey and were held u ...more

The Deluxe room is also very small compared to the price and washrooms are also very small
