room was quite expensive but facilities provided were not as per the cost..
1. lift starts from 1st floor which means we have to take stairs from ground to first floor.. it was a big problem since my parent finds it difficult to walk because of their arthritis. it should have been mentioned clearly in the website while booking
2. entire hotel feels suffocating due to lack of central ac, they should've kept windows instead until they bring central ac
