Location is very difficult to track.
Rooms booked for mountain view but there was no view at all..
bathrooms are not upto the mark..

Just 5 min walk from main shopping area , very good connecting road to reach the hotel in my car , lavish parking area separate fire camp zone and view from hotel is double great all this amenities made my stay highly sophisticated.

A very good view from room , it's a great valley view property, also hotel got good parking space and from checkin till check out no issues we faced hence they also help us providing fire camp it was encouraging our entire trip..

Just 2 nights I stayed with my parents we all like the spacious rooms facing mountain and deep valley view , here cottages are unique and well maintained. Located just middle of the city just walkable to ooty botanical garden and for main shopping places . Want to recommend this hotel to every one.

My favorite hotel in ooty I book this hotel for my regular stay . always rooms are very good with great wood interiors, staffs are very helpfull
. Silent location surrounded with mountain but just inside city great location. Recommended for every one those who wants peaceful stay.

Had a wonderful stay.
clean rooms, good service.
This property has an open space and a good view right infront of.
Regarding food ,they don't prepare there. They bring food from a tie up restaurant.
you can also try zomato ,swiggy as outside food is allowed.
but they arranged food for my daughter when needed as they have a small kitchen.
overall we had a great time there .
