No hot water, no menu and room service and many more . only benefit to stay here is tourist spot are near by location

things went fine. only issue is that we were not provided with room heater as promised over the phone. They have central boiler for hot water which takes ages to reach washroom. There were rates in bathroom vent which made a lot of noise and at times pooped through the vent

Rooms okay and need revival and cleaning. Hotel staff ok though kind. Toiletries not offered by default you would need to ask a few times to get the basic ones. Staff seem not interested in offering services to Indians. Breakfast good but need to focus on serving quality

Overall an average experience.Pros: Rooms are spacious, personal car parking area available, Nearby to all forts and mahals, Breakfast was goodCons: Air conditioner stops working at the midnight, lift was not working for couple of days

1. Electricity cut for more than a day.2. Hot water was not available and we had to wait for hours to get some hot water to take a bath and therefore got late for our schedule.3. Lack of cleanliness, even the sheets were unchanged.4. The manager was helping but what can he do when there is lack maintainance and funding from the owner itself.5. Bathtub wasn’t clean. Flush was not working properly. Don’t know what else to add, i hope the hotel looks into the matter and improve their services.
