Amazing hospitality. A peaceful stay in the nature, not very far from Ooty but much better place. The food was very tasty, all time. Polite and co-operative staff. Beautiful fruit trees and flowers around increase the beauty of the place every morning.

The overall experience was very good. The view from Romantic Rome villa is amazing. The approach road to the resort is a bit narrow and they can try improving the taste of a-la-carte food items. Breakfast spread is good. The bonfire n Barbeque combination is worth experiencing.

First of all, this hotel is NOT in Ooty. It's at a place called Adikaratti which is almost 12 Km. away from Ooty. So the hotel location mentioned online is misleading. Please don't fall for it. One can get better hotels at the same rate in Ooty. So it's not Value for Money hotel.Service Quality is average. There are a few teenage boys appointed for room service & catering. Rooms are very good.Very spacious& neat and clean.Breakfast also good.However Limited variety of food available at Lunch & Dinner.They need to focus on cleanliness/finishing work of surrounding area/under construction rooms.

Pros -The place was located 12kms away from ooty center. Great location and view points throughout the journey. No crowd, so very peaceful place to hangout. Good quality rooms. Cons - Not worth the price.... Wi-fi not provided. Food is pathetic, no restaurant near by. So you have no options rather adjust and have the same food. Mentioned as resort, expect bonfire no other activities. Kids area is not maintained properly.
